*************************************************** Registration Procedures: When planning to attend one of our events, book your hotel room as far in advance as possible. Please make sure before you contact the Hotel that you are definitely planning to attend our event as you will have to guarantee a two room night minimum for our regional events and three night minimum for our national events that is not refundable, (please see guarantee policy below). Just call the reservations phone number adjacent to the hotel and event you want to attend. Tell the reservations manager you are attending our event and would like Access Broadway’s special room rate. To make sure there are no mistakes; ask the hotel to fax, mail or e-mail you a written report of your room confirmation numbers for safe keeping to prove you are booked and confirmed. *************************************************** Regional Events Hotel Room Guarantee Policy: All attendees who book rooms under our Access Broadway special group rate are required to guarantee and pre-pay a TWO (2) room night minimum at the time of booking with a major credit card that is not refundable at anytime. *************************************************** National
