Registration Procedures: When planning to attend one of our events, book your hotel room as far in advance as possible. Please make sure before you contact the hotel to speak directly to your Studio Director/Organizer and make sure that they have contacted Access Broadway and have reserved entry space for your school. Please Note: We do sell out numerous events throughout the season and are unable to accept every entry sent to our office. After you have received an okay from your Studio Director/Organizer that you are definitely accepted to our event you should then contact the hotel and make your reservation. Just call the reservations phone number adjacent to the hotel and event you want to attend. Tell the reservations manager you are attending our event and would like Access Broadway’s special room rate. To make sure there are no mistakes; ask the hotel to fax, mail or e-mail you a written report of your room confirmation numbers for safe keeping to prove you are booked and confirmed. Access Broadway Events sell out very quickly and only have a limited amount of rooms at our special rate. When our group room block is completely full, we can not guarantee the special rate and the Hotel may charge more for rooms. So book early and enjoy all the amenities of our host hotel at our low discount price.

Access Broadway Hotel Room Guarantee Policy: Access Broadway has separate contracts with each individual hotel that may require you to guarantee and pre pay for one, two or three room nights that will be billed to a major credit card at the time of booking that is not refundable at anytime. We strictly enforce this policy so as secure the lowest possible room and effectively keeping non-committed clients from taking valuable rooms from our inventory. We do not have an unlimited supply of rooms to offer and this policy effectively leaves a sufficient amount of rooms available for our serious attendees. “PLEASE, DO NOT” book rooms for an event if you are not absolutely sure you are attending! Be forewarned ...There are "NO REFUNDS" or "CANCELLATIONS" under any circumstances!
